Location of Forum reply to post and reply to thread links

I see a lot of users use the 'Reply to this post' to post messages in a thread, certain users have quoted text in every message they post.

I think a small change to the forum layout might improve this and cut down on the number of quotes 'unedited', which are not always necessary.

Some threads get very long, screen wise, and hard to read and follow along the topic.

The line at the bottom of each post ends with the link 'Reply to this post'

and the 'reply to this thread' link only appears once at the very bottom and very top of page, out of sight sometimes, which is why they click reply to post.

Change the links at the bottom right of each post to:

'Reply with quote to this post' or 'Append a new message to this thread'
