Description
The BOINC Manager Icon in the System Tray is not appearing after a system startup for several minutes. Sometimes 1-2 minutes, sometimes much longer or not at all.
I have found that I can make the BOINC manager icon appear instantly by doing a NET PAUSE BOINC at the command prompt.

Same problem on a single user install running on Vista. After clicking through UAC, the vbs script started the manager right away. It took the manager 1:20 to start the daemon and another 0:20 for the manager and the daemon to connect.

What's the status on this? If it's the normal startup delay, then this is invalid. If it's the known Vista problems, then it's fixed (I hope). Please will someone confirm or deny?

Please will someone reproduce this with 6.2, or this ticket will be closed.

I cannot repro on current builds when running under Vista.
My initial thoughts on this is that there are some priority class problems with the manager interfering with applications running in BOINC.
