Running install-file can't Repair/Remove service-installs.

Description
If you re-runs the installation-file, you can choose Repair or Remove. But, if you've installed as Service, neither of them works but instead gives an error-message:
"The wizard was interrupted before BOINC could be completely installed.
Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again."
On single/shared, there's no problem.
Also, it's no problem going-through Control Panel.
