Description
Most of the prerequisites describe a minimum version. But the LIBCURL prerequisite specifies 7.15.5.
Is this intentional? In other words, does LIBCURL have to be exactly 7.15.5? Or is a newer version (e.g. 7.16.2) acceptable?
P.S. Is there a better/preferred mechanism for questions like this other than creating a ticket?
