Description

The only mechanism for sending PMs is using the 'Write' link at the top of forum pages, and the user has to enter the unique user name or id. If the name is non-unique they are prompted to enter the id instead. I imagine most people would give up at this point.

I would suggest adding options to send a PM to a user from their account data page, profile page or from a link below their forum posts.

(In [12666]) - Fix #189: add links to send PMs below user name in the forum, in the user overview and in user profile page.
