Boinc Manager waits until all work units are processed, then downloads several days of work units when the user changes the cache setting

Description
In Boinc Manager 5.9.9 for Intel Macintosh, if the work unit download cache setting is changed, Boinc Manager stops downloading work units and runs through all the work units until the last one, then it downloads several days worth at once, if the cache change is for several days.
