Project Logo doesn't support transparency

Description
On the Projects tag, if the image for the project uses transparency, then black is shown. Reproduce by connecting to the WCG alpha test site (contact Kevin Reed for instructions if needed) or if already connected, reset the project to obtain the new image.

This seems to depend on the device. On a htc with Android 2.3 I can reproduce this, on the Nexus 7 with Android 4 it works.
