Need an 'About' button that gives information about version number, etc

Description
Similar to the other agent we need an about button that will show the version and copyright info.

There should also be a "Help" button, which should bring up a link to http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/BOINC_Help
Note: on WhatsApp? (which I'm taking as an example Android app) these items are both under a "Settings" menu off the main menu. We might want to use the same structure.
