Here is a patch that updates the linux manpages and also hides some Mac-only commandline arguments

The link at the end of doc/manpages/boinc.xml is still pointing to the wrong location. http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Client_configuration_(advanced) is pointing to a redirect page which leads to the client initialization files (http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Initialization_files) but we want to refer to the command line options which are at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Client_configuration#Command-line_options
