Task buttons no longer work on 5.4.11 (linux)

Posted by: jdkaye10 Date: 4:59 PM 12-19-2006 In upgrading from 5.4.9 to 5.4.11, I lost the buttons functionality on the "Tasks" panel (Team, Results,etc). Yes, the BROWSER environment variable is still set to my browser. The buttons worked correctly under 5.4.9 and firefox would open a new tab pointing to the correct URL. Now I get these error messages: execvp(gedit, ​http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/team_display.php?teamid=30242) failed with error 2! execvp(gedit, ​http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/results.php?userid=8513527) failed with error 2! I have changed nothing in my settings between 5.4.9 and 5.4.11. If I go back to 5.4.9, the buttons work; in 5.4.11 the same buttons don't. I'm running Debian Etch with the 2.6.17 kernel.

Please try and repro against 5.8.x or 5.9.x.
