Installer: Cannot click "Launch the BOINC Manager" text

Description
On the final page of the Windows Installer, there is a checkbox that says "Launch the BOINC Manager".
On all other checkboxes, you can click the text to toggle the checkbox. On this checkbox, it's broken. So, when I instinctively go to click the text, it won't work. Please fix it so clicking the text works.
Side note: Do you think most people want to Launch the Manager? I want to, every time, and if you think most people want to, you could save us all a click by defaulting to checked... just a thought.

I want to point out that, for me, I usually install so "all users can control BOINC", and although the text "Launch the BOINC Manager" is not clickable, I can still click the checkbox control, and the Manager does open as expected when I complete the installer.
I'm asking for the text to be able clickable, to toggle the checkbox.
Replying to JacobKlein:
A (security) warning: (I personally would like to too, after each update, but) if you install BOINC on Win7 in the Compatibility mode, with the intention to be launched under some plain unprivileged user account, and you launch the installer from the same unprivileged account, the installer will (as expected) raise UAC to get enough privileges to proceed (causing the installation process to be run under an admin account).
Finally if the "Launch the BOINC Manager" checkbox is checked, the BOINC Manager + client + science apps' processes will also be run (although unnoticed) under this admin account, with its full privileges!
