Some projects have Blank Project Name when attached via account manager

I have 2 projects that, when attached via my account manager BAM!, the Project Names do not load properly. Yet, when attached manually, the Project Names do load properly.

I suspect the issue might be that the project configuration file is not loaded correctly (or at all?) when projects are added via account manager.

When attached manually, it attaches to these URLS with correct Project Names:

http://hydrogenathome.org/ when manually added, will load the Project Name "Hydrogen@Home"
http://isaac.ssl.berkeley.edu/alpha/ when manually added, will load the Project Name "BOINC alpha test"

When attached to BAM!, it attaches to these URLs with blank Project Names:

http://hydrogenathome.org/ when added via BAM!, will leave Project Name blank.
http://isaac.ssl.berkeley.edu/alpha/ when added via BAM!, will leave Project Name blank.

Note: Any UI discrepancies that result from a blank Project Name are being reported in a different ticket, ticket 1053.

I just now noticed that, on the Projects tab, after attaching via BAM!, even the Account column is blank. So, for these 2 projects, something is definitely not attaching correctly when attached from BAM!

I'll attach a screenshot that shows the messed up columns "Project" and "Account".

Note: The "Account" column being blank may be totally irrelevant to this bug, since it appears that "Account" is blank even when attaching manually.

One final note that may be the key:

When I attach manually to ​http://hydrogenathome.org/, after the project initializes, and the Project Name is set, the "Web sites" task button directs to a different URL, ​http://hydrogenathome.org/hydrogen/

Is it possible that, when a project is attached from a different URL than the "Web sites" task button URL, that the configuration doesn't get downloaded or read properly, and the Project Name can thus be left blank?
