     138 * We were able to set up a development environment for Android on Windows.  Installing Eclipse with the SDK and the NDK.
     139 * Proved that some of the main basic functions of BOINC can be done.
     140 * Compiled and ran a binary file that was downloaded from the internet on the Android emulator.
