     18You can also receive this message when you are behind a Proxy that intercepts SSL Traffic. Add PEM formatted x.509 Certificates used by your proxy to the ca-bundle.crt (you can get this file below if it is missing).  FYI Firefox will export in PEM format. IE does not seem to.

    1820Since BOINC 5.10.42, this error message is also given when the ca-bundle.crt file cannot be found.
