Cause ¶

This error is typically caused by a problem on the project server.

Version ¶

For BOINC 5.10 and earlier, this is a permanent failure (the result will be marked as an error). For later versions this is a transient failure, and BOINC will attempt the upload again.

Solution ¶

None. Contact the project if this condition persists.

Information for Project Administrators ¶

This error can be caused when the file upload handler is stopped manually instead of using the proper trigger file.
