Changes between Initial Version and Version 1 of Ticket #780

 Please consider a progress bar on the top of the Manager Simple View, placed to the right of the BOINC logo.  The bar to be a 4-color [or hash] bar with the scale of CPUtime-in-queue.  For a task queue containing several days of work, this feature might need refreshing only perhaps once per hour.  The four colored areas from left-to-right would be:
 ) total time computed to finish all tasks found to be 100% complete
 ) total time computed from all tasks partially completed
 ) total time remaining from all tasks partially completed
 ) total time remaining from all tasks found to be waiting to begin
 Perhaps an embellishment on this is to place a dark bar between #2 & #3 to denote % complete?

 I find myself doing this as an approximation from the data in the Advanced View to suggest there is some pending administrative work I ought to be doing...
