Hi all,

Apologies if this is spelled out somewhere, and I just missed it.

If BOINC will run just fine on its own, and system utilization is already configurable through BOINC, what is the point of installing Virtualbox? Don't nearly all modern chipsets and systems support multiple threads and virtualization already? Why not just use Windows' virtualization feature? I'm not a programmer/tech worker, but it seems like Virtualbox is likely just an additional layer taking up processor cycles.
Typically, the reason for installing each part of a software package is typically spelled out, giving users not just the choice, but at least the basic info needed to make the decision. That's missing here.
