It seems that VirtualBox has some requirements, which my computer didn't met. So: if BOINC freezes your computer, just reinstall it without VirtualBox.

Recently (about 2 weeks ago) my computer froze, when I left it for several minutes. Ctrl+Alt+Del gave nothing, I could do nothing but hard reboot. It happened again and again, always after several minutes away from keyboard. Uninstalling BOINC solved this problem. Recently, I reinstalled it, but it still freezes my computer, so I had to remove it again. I'm working on Lenovo Legion notebook, Intel Core i5-8300 2,3 GHz, 8GB RAM, Windows 10. CPU usage of BOINC was set to 25%. Any clues what should I do to use BOINC again?
