Hi - looks like you're trying to add Science United as a project, not as an account manager.
Have you tried the below command?

boinccmd --acct_mgr attach https://scienceunited.org <email> <password>

More info at https://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Boinccmd_tool#Account_manager_operations

Bear in mind SU needs BOINC v7.14 or later.

Not sure if you've solved the "No signing key" issue, but if you look at the acct_mgr_reply.xml file in your BOINC data directory (think it was /var/lib/boinc-client for me on linux, C:\ProgramData\BOINC\ on Windows) it gives more detail. In my case, it was because SU requires BOINC 7.14 or later.

Finally found a solution after checking the acct_mgr_reply.xml file in /var/lib/boinc-client, which contained the below text:

"Science United requires a newer version of BOINC. Please install the latest version from https://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php".

Turns out the latest BOINC version in the Debian stretch repository (https://packages.debian.org/stretch/boinc) is 7.6.33, and SU requires at least 7.14.

After an unsuccessful attempt to build from source, I ended up installing BOINC from the Debian buster (testing, https://packages.debian.org/buster/boinc) repository which was v7.14.2. To install from the testing repo, just replace any mention of "stretch" with "buster" in the below files:
/etc/apt/sources.list
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/raspi.list
It's probably not advisable to mix and match packages from different debian versions, but I had no data to lose and it's just a raspberry pi not performing anything critical, so I gave it a go and it worked.

After that, with the newer BOINC version, I was able to connect my SU account and run tasks without any problems.

Hi - I recently tried installing BOINC on my Raspberry Pi Model B. It has a fresh install of April 2019 apbian (based off Debian) with Linux kernel 4.14.98. BOINC 7.6.33 was installed from the Debian repository (apt-get).

Whenever I attempt to connect to add my Science United account (Advanced View > Tools > Use account manager), it tells me "You are now using this account manager", but after I click Finish it clearly hasn't been added. The menu still shows the option to "Use an account manager", not to "Synchronise with Science United" as my other computer shows.

The Event Log shows the following:
Tue 23 Apr 2019 15:26:32 BST | | Contacting account manager at https://scienceunited.org/
Tue 23 Apr 2019 15:26:34 BST | | Account manager contact succeeded
Tue 23 Apr 2019 15:26:34 BST | | [error] No signing key from account manager

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated. I know there aren't many projects that will run on a Raspberry Pi but presumably the SU account should still connect!
